Garrett (G) CFRE & PMP

Supporting social impact organizations addressing basic human needs is Garrett's professional North Star. His inclusive and relationship-based fundraising approach has mobilized missions into movements, securing millions of dollars for housing nonprofits. Prior to People First, Garrett served as Director of Development for CATCH Idaho and supported hundreds of nonprofits across the state as Training and Programs Manager of the Idaho Nonprofit Center. He is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and Project Management Professional (PMP).

Amethyst (Am), MSc in Psychology

Understanding how stories shape human connection and drive collective action is Amethyst's passion. She specializes in bringing nonprofit supporters closer to missions through research-informed, people-centered storytelling. Her multi-channel marketing campaigns have driven significant engagement, including six-figure major gifts. Prior to People First, she led large-scale communication campaigns at Washington State University and created nationwide programming in partnership with the U.S. Embassy. She holds a master's degree in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh.

Four 1-Hour Coaching Sessions

Step 3. Start working with People First on October 15 (if selected) and receive your custom deliverables and coaching sessions
