    The foundation of your AFH campaign communications and beyond. Completed collaboratively through intentional surveys and live interviews - helps get at the heart of what you do and how and why others should support your mission and life-changing work.

    A campaign landing page that converts viewers into supporters. Clearly articulates why people should care AND what their support means for your mission. Includes setting a campaign goal and giving tiers that are directly tied to mission outcomes.

  • Communications Calendar

    A strategic timeline with pre-planned touchpoints to keep your campaign organized and on track. Helps you be more responsive than reactive. We'll provide a customizable multi-channel template with proven recommendations that eliminates decision paralysis around what to communicate, when, and to whom.

  • Four 1-Hour Coaching Sessions

    One-on-one strategy sessions with People First to refine your approach and troubleshoot challenges. You set the agenda, we provide strategic guidance based on proven experience. Includes follow-up resources and flexible scheduling - book individually or bring your whole team.

  • Two Printed Outreach Materials

    Professional print pieces designed to support your campaign outreach efforts - from business cards with QR codes to full-page flyers. Together we'll determine what physical materials will be most beneficial and ensure you have them well in advance of your outreach efforts.

  • Social Media Ad

    A professionally designed ad ready for your social media platforms that drives people to support your mission. We've seen incredible ROI for our partners - not just financially, but for brand awareness and connecting with new supporters.

Garrett (G) CFRE & PMP

Supporting social impact organizations addressing basic human needs is Garrett's professional North Star. His inclusive and relationship-based fundraising approach has mobilized missions into movements, securing millions of dollars for housing nonprofits.

Amethyst (Am), MSc in Psychology

Understanding how stories shape human connection and drive collective action is Amethyst's passion. Her research-informed, people-centered storytelling brings nonprofit supporters closer to missions and has driven significant engagement, including six-figure major gifts.

HOW IT WORKS:

We're partnering with a limited number of organizations to ensure personalized attention and exceptional results.

Step 1. Apply to join AFH Jumpstarter by September 25, 2025; the application should only take 15-20 minutes to complete

Step 2. Applicants will be notified by September 27

Step 3. Start working with People First on October 15 (if selected) and receive your custom deliverables and coaching sessions

Step 4. December 10: Launch your most strategic AFH campaign yet!
